LCP 0.1.4 added art and descritpions

Main Update:

Added draft descriptions for The Hannibal license. 

Added art commissioned from the very talented Terkmc for the HA Hannibal and HORUS Yeti.

The Yeti description still have to be written up but I have been busy preparing for holidays away from my job, which does mean I will also be unable to finish the Yeti descriptions for a couple weeks so sincere apologies for that.
